Overview

The Account Manager at Booking.com will take ownership of an internal business portfolio, building strong relationships with accommodation partners and optimizing their performance on the platform.

  • 2 years of experience in account management required.
  • Fluent in English, with a background in e-commerce or travel preferred.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a relevant account management function.
  • Fluent English speaker and writer.
  • Affinity or experience within e-commerce and/or travel industry.
  • Pro-active and responsible, able to work independently.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player, self-motivated, flexible, and open to change.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Hotel School or University background preferred.
  • Driver’s license required.
  • Availability to travel up to 50%.
  • Based in Manchester Office.
