WinTech is looking for a CRO Manager – someone who lives and breathes conversion optimisation and delivers measurable results. In this role, you'll have a clear mission: deliver 15% conversion rate growth in a quarter.

Requirements

• Proven Performance: Minimum 2+ years driving measurable CRO results across web/mobile funnels with documented lift metrics. Experience with subscription-based products is highly valued.
• Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Google Analytics) and testing tools (Growthbook).
• Design Sensibility: Strong UI/UX understanding with the ability to create compelling mockups that maintain brand integrity.
• Data Mastery: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Execution Excellence: Remarkable attention to detail and commitment to flawless implementation.
• Communication: Outstanding ability to present ideas, justify hypotheses, and report results to stakeholders.
