CRM Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced CRM Manager to administrate and optimize our Atlas CRM system. In this role, you’ll ensure data integrity, configure workflows in Jira and Confluence, and support cross-functional teams by streamlining operations and improving the customer journey.

In Short

• Administer and maintain Atlas CRM, ensuring data integrity and consistency;
• Manage and configure Jira and Confluence to enhance workflow efficiency;
• Add and customize CRM fields to meet business requirements;
• Develop and maintain documentation;
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions within CRM;
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to users;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization - including Sales, Account Management, Billing, Legal, Integration and Backend - to streamline processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role;
• Strong understanding of CRM software and data management;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
• Strong communication and documentation skills;
• Technical aptitude for troubleshooting and support;
