Overview

We’re recruiting a Creative Lead to join our amazing team where you’ll head the visual direction of our brand and campaign content!

In Short

• Lead the visual execution of marketing materials across digital and offline formats.
• Develop visual identities for internal campaigns and sub-brands.
• Translate complex messages into compelling visual formats.
• Design high-quality assets for various platforms.
• Repurpose design assets to maximize creative investment.
• Produce content in diverse formats including images, graphics, and videos.
• Design animations and motion graphics for storytelling.
• Act as brand guardian across all visual content.
• Manage templates and creative assets for internal use.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver creative projects on time.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in graphic design or visual communications.
• Demonstrable portfolio of multi-channel creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience applying brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with regulated or public sector environments (desirable).
• Degree in Graphic Design or related field (desirable).
