Overview

As a Creative Lead at Redcare Pharmacy, you play a key role in shaping the brand communication and leading the internal creative team to develop compelling communication strategies that bring the vision to life across various channels internationally.

• Develop and steer creative strategy based on data and insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role, such as Creative Lead or Creative Director.
• Strong passion for brand communication from concept to execution.
• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and foster creativity.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willing to work remotely but able to meet with the team in Cologne at least once a week.
