Overview

Bariendo is on a mission to cure obesity by pioneering quick, non-surgical weight loss procedures. The Finance and Operations Manager will strengthen Bariendo's financial foundation and build scalable administrative systems.

In Short

• Own day-to-day financial processes including revenue operations and payroll processing.
• Build and maintain systems for documentation and regulatory adherence.
• Develop financial projections and create investor materials.
• Create and manage onboarding processes for staff and medical professionals.
• Coordinate company-wide communications and team events.
• 5+ years of experience in finance and operations roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proactive approach required.
• Strong judgment in handling sensitive financial information.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance and operations roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proactive approach.
• Strong judgment when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
