Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Remote

Overview

Bariendo is on a mission to cure obesity through innovative non-surgical weight loss procedures and a digital health platform.

In Short

• Support patients through endoscopic weight loss programs via telehealth.
• Work three days onsite in San Francisco and two days remotely.
• Provide pre-procedure consultations and assess candidacy.
• Conduct medical clearances, including patient assessments and physical exams.
• Prescribe and manage medications and treatment plans.
• Deliver post-procedure follow-up care and triage clinical concerns.
• Participate in the remote on-call pool for patient needs.
• Maintain documentation using electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Support Product team with insights to improve patient experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a NP or PA, with 2+ years in a surgical setting.
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings is a plus.
• Active NP or PA license in at least one U.S. state.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for improving lives of people with obesity.
• Willingness to work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.
