In Short

• Manage a panel of complex pediatric patients using a virtual platform.
• Collaborate with RNs and other team members to provide resources for patients.
• Provide parental education and reinforce care plans.
• Conduct comprehensive virtual enrollment visits and assessments.
• Participate in in-home assessments for children with medical complexity.
• Manage after-hours issues for pediatric patients.
• Work in a team-focused environment with interdisciplinary support.
• Engage in shift work, including nights and weekends.
• Active NY licensure and additional licenses in DC, TX, or FL required.
• Experience with pediatric population preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with a pediatric population required.
• Pediatric Emergency Medicine experience strongly preferred.
• Active NY and Texas licenses.
• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with board certification.
• Experience with children with medical complexity preferred.
• Virtual care experience a plus.
• Strong desire to improve quality of life for pediatric patients.
• Ability to lead and guide a clinical team.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
