Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Remote

Overview

The Nurse Practitioner reports to the Director for administrative supervision and the Practice Site Physician or designee for clinical supervision. Is responsible for the coordination and delivery of primary care, as specified by the appropriate certifying agency, to patients of specific area employers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Valid RN license in Indiana.
• Completion of a nurse practitioner program with national certification.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• Master's of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Prescriptive authority within six months of hire.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• High level of analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a clinic environment.
• Physical ability to perform essential functions.
