In Short

• Manage a panel of complex pediatric patients.
• Oversee and collaborate with pediatric RNs and care team members.
• Provide parental education and reinforcement of care plans.
• Conduct comprehensive virtual enrollment visits and assessments.
• Participate in in-home assessments for children with medical complexity.
• Manage after-hours issues for children with medical complexity.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with a pediatric population.
• Active NY and Texas licenses.
• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with board certification.
• Experience with children with medical complexity preferred.
• Virtual care experience a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
