In Short

• Amaze Health is looking for a motivated Telehealth Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician's Assistant (PA).
• Provide remote patient care consultations.
• Work in a positive culture focused on valuable healthcare solutions.
• Must live in specific states to be considered.
• Shifts start as early as 2pm and end as late as 1am MST, including one weekend day.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or family medicine as an APP.
• Two (2) years experience in rural medicine as an APP.
• Active unrestrictive license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Ability to provide compassionate care and establish patient rapport.
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics.
• Broad knowledge of common medications and their side effects.
• Respect for patient confidentiality.
• Multiple APP licenses are a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
