Requirements

• Candidates must live in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Missouri, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Texas
• Experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a remote setting
• Commitment to patient-centered care
