Requirements

• 2+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Licensed in New York.
• Board certification required.
• Experience with Epic EMR is a must.
• Experience in primary care and behavioral health.

• Clean background and malpractice history.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week.
• Availability to work one weekend day every other week.
