Requirements

• Board-Certified in Family Medicine.
• 3+ years of post-residency experience.
• 2+ years in an in-person primary care setting.
• Experience with virtual visits required.
• Clean background and medical malpractice history.
• Willingness to work rotating schedules.
• Strong interest in managing chronic care conditions.
• Comfort with acute conditions in a virtual setting.
• Eagerness to learn and implement technology.
