Requirements

• 1+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare.
• Passion for sourcing talent in a scaling environment.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates.
• In-depth knowledge of the telemedicine industry.
• Ability to interpret data to enhance recruiting efforts.
• Operational and hospitality-focused mindset.
• Sense of urgency in candidate communication.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with experience in Greenhouse ATS and sourcing tools.
