Primary Care Physician - Remote

• Telemedicine experience preferred.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

Requirements

• 3+ years of post-residency experience.
• Active NY state medical license.
• Board certification in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Experience in Acute or Urgent Care settings.
• Ability to treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented.
• Prior experience with EPIC EMR.
• Willing to commit 40 hours per week.
• Must work Monday and Friday with flexible hours.
• Clean background and malpractice history.
