Finance Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

The Finance Operations Manager will be responsible for establishing and developing financial processes and controlling systems at Recyda, contributing to the company's mission of sustainable packaging.

In Short

• Establish and develop financial processes and controlling systems.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
• Handle invoice processing and expense tracking.
• Prepare financial statements monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with German accounting standards.
• Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors.
• Implement financial tools to improve efficiency.
• Report directly to the Co-Founder & CPO.
• Contribute to a strong team culture.

Requirements

• Background in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting/controlling.
• Strong knowledge of German accounting principles.
• Experience in financial administration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organisational talent with attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Startup experience is a plus.
• Passion for innovation and sustainability.
