Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Finance role focusing on operations finance.

• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analytics skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to manage through ambiguity and changing timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adherence to ethical guidelines and HIPAA policies.
