Customer Success Manager (Enterprise) - Remote

Overview

The Demandbase Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for growing, supporting, and renewing customer adoption of Demandbase solutions, partnering with clients to achieve their objectives and driving customer adoption.

• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle
• Drive adoption of the Demandbase Platform
• Onboard new customers
• Provide proactive ABM best practices and strategies
• Identify growth opportunities within the client base
• Command credibility with senior marketing executives
• Project manage client initiatives

• Advocate for customers internally
• Maintain expertise on industry trends

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in strategic account management
• Proven sales success in upsell and cross-sell environments
• Experience with Sales and Marketing Technology
• Proven experience in managing technical project implementations
• Experience helping customers identify gaps in business processes
• Proven success aligning solutions and demonstrating ROI data
• Located in Central or Eastern Time Zone
