As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer at Cresta, you will partner with Enterprise Account Executives to showcase the power of Cresta to potential customers by providing technical insights and solutioning based on customer requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years in customer-facing roles, with 1–3 years in technical pre-sales.
• Expertise in Conversational AI and CCaaS platforms.
• Strong work ethic and client engagement skills.
• Desire for meticulous presentation preparation.
• Natural problem-solver with resourcefulness.
• Fast learner with a passion for new technology.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and enterprise SaaS environments.
