• Own the technical pre‑sale and post‑sale journey for enterprise clients.
• Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery and pre‑sales.
• Deliver consultative demos and technical walkthroughs.

• Work alongside Implementation Managers for seamless go-lives.
• Create technical documentation and integration guides.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on enterprise needs.
• Maintain deep fluency in MoeGo’s enterprise modules.
• Travel up to 20–30% for on-site support.
• Help shape the future of pet care technology.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in solution/sales engineering or technical consulting for SaaS.
• Comfort designing complex data flows and resolving technical challenges.
• Expert at running discovery workshops and presenting to executives.
• Proven track record of collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
• Background in pet care operations or adjacent hospitality preferred.
