Enterprise Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer at Vanta, you’ll be leading the technical discussion with our mid-market customer base & VIP logos side-by-side with our Enterprise Sales team, ensuring customers realize the fullest value with Vanta in pursuit of their security goals.

In Short

• Own the technical relationship with our customers.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers for seamless onboarding.
• Support the Success team with security reviews and implementation plans.
• Respond to inbound questions from Customer Success teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of our product capabilities.
• Provide market feedback to the product team.
• Build product examples and documentation for customers.
• Cultivate an environment of teamwork and creativity.
• Drive new programs to improve pre to post-sales transition.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of customer-facing, technical experience.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and operating systems.
• Strong project management skills.
• Creative, curious, technical, and persuasive.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to interact with various roles within an organization.
• General knowledge of scripting languages.
• Familiarity with REST API development.
• Prior B2B SaaS experience is ideal.
