Enterprise Solution Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to help Niantic develop a thriving enterprise business. Through the use of Niantic's innovative AR and spatial services, you will enable precise AR experiences. As the technical lead, you will offer advice and support to our customers and partners, ensuring their success with our platform.

In Short

• Understand our product/service’s technical features, functionalities and benefits.
• Study customer needs and business challenges and build customized proposals.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features.
• Shape Niantic product strategy and stay updated on industry trends.
• Liaise with the engineering team to prioritize concerns.
• Develop and deliver technical sales documentation.
• Collaborate internally to gather technical requirements.
• Provide pre-sales support by answering technical inquiries.
• Participate in trade shows to promote the Niantic Spatial Platform.
• Collaborate with the team in-person and in-office two days per week.

Requirements

• BA or equivalent experience in engineering or computer science.
• Proven experience as a sales engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong technical background and ability to communicate technical concepts.
• Experience in communicating technical products to customers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel as required.
