Overview

As an Enterprise Solution Engineer at Zip, you will be the primary pre-sales technical point of contact, helping prospects understand how our application delivers value and fits within their procurement landscape.

In Short

  • Actively contribute to sales efforts by supporting customer conversations and demonstrating solutions.
  • Build and develop custom demos based on customer requirements.
  • Partner with Sales and Post-Sales teams to ensure seamless transitions and successful deployments.
  • Provide feedback to improve sales processes and product development.
  • Develop relationships with F500 clients and decision-makers.
  • Utilize strong solution selling skills to articulate software value.
  • Familiarity with procurement and billing/AP space is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of software integrations and APIs is essential.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a solution selling environment.
  • Self-starter with technical troubleshooting skills.

Requirements

  • Experience selling to F500 clients and C-level executives.
  • Strong solution selling skills with a focus on customer pain points.
  • Excellent discovery skills for uncovering customer needs.
  • Knowledge of software integrations and APIs.
  • 5+ years of experience in solution selling or similar roles.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Quick to grasp new technologies.
