Overview

The Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) will own both interviewer and candidate experiences, embodying Zip’s recruiting ethos while coordinating interviews and enhancing the candidate journey.

• Coordinate a high volume of interviews and maintain recruiting calendars
• Design the candidate experience in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers
• Guide candidates and internal partners through the interview process
• Maintain internal systems while seeking process improvements

• 1+ years of professional experience
