In Short

• Contract role structured as a 6-month project-based engagement.
• Support Lime’s Global Recruiting Team with various tasks.
• Own interview scheduling and employment contract processes.
• Facilitate virtual interviews and manage logistics.
• Process US offer letters and global employment contracts.
• Create and maintain interview plans within the ATS.
• Process incoming invoices for the Recruiting team.
• Provide recruitment and project support as needed.
• Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone.
• Ideal working hours are 9:00 - 5:00 pm or 10:00 - 6:00 pm ET.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in supporting Executive hiring.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack.
• Strong communication skills with candidates and stakeholders.
• Experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Sound judgment in decision-making.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
