• 2+ years of experience in a high volume scheduling role, preferably in recruiting.

• Excellent communication skills for writing informative emails.
• Ability to respond to various questions and requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with providing and requesting feedback.
• Experience acting as a strategic partner to Recruiters.
• Interest in AI safety and research.
