Overview

The Wikimedia Foundation is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the People department, supporting the Recruiting team with high-volume interview coordination, process improvement, and scheduling, while working collaboratively with recruiters and interview teams to enhance the candidate and interviewer experience.

In Short

  • Schedule interviews and interviewer team meetings
  • Support the Recruiting Associate with scheduling efforts for complex roles
  • Maintain rapport with recruiters to support candidates through the interview process
  • Act as an internal brand ambassador for candidates
  • Maintain Greenhouse and flag scheduling roadblocks
  • Familiarize with remote video platforms for interviews
  • Review job descriptions for accuracy
  • Research new job boards to expand applicant pools
  • Generate reports from Greenhouse for recruiters
  • Assist the Recruiting team with administrative support

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR coordination
  • Willingness to be available across various time zones
  • Experience with high volume scheduling using Google Calendar
  • Experience with Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work with diverse teams
  • Strong interest in recruiting best practices
