Overview

The Recruiting Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating the candidate interview process, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved. This role supports the Talent Acquisition team by managing scheduling, documentation, and communication throughout the recruitment process.

In Short

• Act as point of contact for candidates during the interview process.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate travel arrangements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the TA team.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems for recruitment processes.

• Manage candidate onboarding in conjunction with HR Operations.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination or similar role.
• Ability to work in downtown San Francisco office 3 days a week.
• Highly organized with strong prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-directed with attention to detail.
