Contract Recruiting Coordinator - Remote

Overview

Samsara is looking for a Contract Recruiting Coordinator based in Canada to join our global Recruiting Operations team and manage all aspects of the interview process. This is a 6 month opportunity.

In Short

• Manage an effective coordination process for candidates and hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews through our ATS.
• Compile interview packets and gather feedback from interviewers.
• Arrange pre-screening and face-to-face interview logistics.
• Assist recruiters with tracking candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support administrative projects for the Recruiting Operations team.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles.
• Work PST hours.
• Must be based in Canada.
• 6 months of scheduling experience required.

Requirements

• Experience as an HR Coordinator or Recruiting Coordinator.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Administrative experience for manager or executive-level individuals.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with ATS, ideally Greenhouse.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to embrace change.
