• Effectively identify and attract Product & Design candidates
• Source a large pipeline of high quality candidates across evergreen or high priority roles
• Engage exceptional technical candidates, engage and vet them, and manage interviewing and hiring processes
• Partner with Zip’s leaders to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
• Track recruiting metrics and performance

Requirements

• 3+ years experience of engineering sourcing experience
• Proven success sourcing for Product and Design roles
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong experience working with ATS platforms
