Requirements
3-5 years of experience in a production design role, preferably in an agency or in-house environment.
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with strong knowledge of production workflows.
Work with other graphic design tools (Figma, Acrobat Pro) as needed.
Experience in technical production work.
Ability to shift seamlessly between creative and executional tasks based on project needs.
Thorough attention to detail.
Strong understanding of print and digital production processes, including file prep and mechanical builds.
