Production Designer - Remote

Overview

The Production Designer is responsible for managing and optimizing our packaging design and production process in collaboration with various internal teams and production vendors.

• Manage and optimize packaging design and production processes.
• Translate approved designs into production-ready dielines.
• Lead review and approval of mechanicals within online proofing system.
• Oversee color matching and Pantone-to-INX conversions.
• Serve as the primary liaison with print vendors.
• Manage creation of high-quality product and pack renders.
• Oversee beauty can/pack production process for photo shoots.
• Support adaptive design and render needs for marketing teams.
• Assist with light photo retouching as needed.
• Ensure pixel-perfect precision in final mechanicals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in packaging design or print production.
• Expertise in packaging mechanicals and print production workflows.
• Strong color management skills.
• Experience liaising with print vendors.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with CGI render production workflows.
• Keen eye for detail and precision.
• Ability to problem-solve technical challenges.
• Experience working in high-volume production environments.
