Product Designer - Remote

Overview

The product designer will ensure product and design strategy is executed while contributing to the user-centric design of our products and the areas of our company where customers, partners and employees interact with ALTR.

In Short

• Apply user centered design principles in alignment with product roadmap requirements and initiatives.
• Iterate on the ALTR product design by creating new wireframes, prototypes, and final design mockups.
• Ensure all designs follow WCAG standards and human centered design best practices.
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Work with PMs to solicit feedback and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering for design integration.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with users for feedback.
• Produce design documentation, including specifications and style guides.
• Integrate design principles into product documentation and marketing assets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training.
• Experience with Figma, Jira, Confluence, Outlook, and Slack.
• Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel for conferences and meetings.
• Reliable connectivity for remote work.
• Must be willing to work EST time zone.
