Overview

As a Client Success Partner (CSP) within the Enterprise team, you will support our largest clients in their digital training strategy through the 360Learning platform.

In Short

  • Build strong relationships with HR executives of clients.
  • Coordinate resources to ensure client success.
  • Empower clients with the Enterprise positioning of our solution.
  • Ensure renewal or signing of new contracts for your portfolio.
  • Master the product and corporate culture within one month.
  • Take over a portfolio of existing customers within three months.
  • Define learning transformation roadmap and resources within six months.
  • Reduce churn and identify customer advocates within twelve months.
  • Work with Account Managers to identify new project opportunities.
  • Participate in customer meetings and develop trust with management teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Client Success or related fields.
  • Ability to lead complex projects for Enterprise accounts.
  • Knowledge of SaaS B2B industry is a plus.
  • Interest in digital learning and education.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in French and proficient in English.
