Overview

The Client Success Partner is responsible for the growth and retention of the client portfolio in the Healthcare Vertical, managing customer relationships and identifying opportunities for expanding services.

In Short

  • Implement and manage customer service programs aligned with organizational needs.
  • Structure long-term contracts to renew and grow revenue.
  • Understand client dynamics and probe for core initiatives.
  • Assist clients in achieving goals using Sterling's products.
  • Develop multi-level relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Create strategic account plans for customer revenue growth.
  • Liaise between clients and internal teams for guidance.
  • Manage client interactions using Salesforce.com.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to enhance screening programs.
  • Grow customer book of business through retention and new business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in a client-facing role preferred.
  • Experience in sales and/or sales management, preferably in SAAS.
  • Strong client focus and commitment to superior client experience.
  • Consultative selling skills with experience in account expansion.
  • Negotiation and listening skills for uncovering client needs.
  • Analytical skills for assessing risks and opportunities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce.com.
