Lead Engineer - Remote

Overview

Alabama Solutions is looking for a Lead Engineer to support a key account at its international business unit (HNDevs). Lead engineers will have the opportunity to make full-stack contributions, while having an outsized impact and ownership of the architecture and stack choices. This role also involves mentoring and leading other engineers.

Requirements

• Experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in React and Typescript.
• Proficiency in Node.js and NestJS.
• Ability to work with APIs and LLMs.
• Strong coding skills (agentic coding).
• Fluent in English (C1+ and above).
• Native level Spanish.
• Experience mentoring and leading teams.
• Ability to work in a contractor role.
• Willingness to work full-time.
