Overview

As a Lead Technical Consultant at Ushur, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and scaling enterprise solutions on the Ushur platform while mentoring junior consultants and ensuring customer success.

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of complex customer solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a SaaS or consulting role.
• Proven experience leading implementation projects.
• Deep understanding of cloud services (preferably AWS).
• Proficiency in scripting or development languages.
• Strong grasp of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience designing scalable workflows and data architectures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor team members.
