  • Monitor key success metrics and recommend strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Enable customer teams through training and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to influence product roadmaps.
  • Identify opportunities for customer advocacy.
  • Travel up to 25–40% for strategic engagements.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of Customer Success or Solution Engineering experience in SaaS.
  • 5+ years managing complex enterprise relationships.
  • Strong background in technical implementation and workflow automation.
  • Ability to work with VP and C-level executives.
  • Expertise in managing cross-functional resources.
