We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on System Architect to lead and scale the architectural backbone of Ushur's platform, focusing on technology strategy and system-level decisions.

In Short

Define and lead system-level architecture for scalability and performance.
Design low-latency backend systems and architect RESTful APIs.
Drive cloud-native principles and maintain architecture documentation.
Collaborate with leadership to define architectural roadmap.
Mentor engineering teams on software design principles.
Promote a culture of innovation and accountability.
10+ years of experience in backend software design.
Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD practices.
Familiarity with NoSQL databases and containerization.
Preferred certifications in cloud platforms and backend technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience overseeing architectural direction across multiple projects.
Deep expertise in programming languages like Java and Node.js.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS and DevOps practices.
Proficiency in RESTful API design and microservice architecture.
Comfortable troubleshooting production issues.
Aware of industry trends and emerging technologies.
