Technical Success Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Technical Success Manager who is both tech-savvy and great with customers! In this role, you’ll help new customers get started, ensure they have a smooth experience, and support them in using our product successfully. You’ll also work closely with the sales team to bridge the gap between technical and customer needs.

• Main focus: Pre-Sales Support: Help customers set up and test our product during the sales process.
• Potential to add more work and Onboarding & Customer Success: Guide new customers through setup, training, and ongoing support.
