Overview

The Technical Account Manager at OnePlan is responsible for guiding customers through their adoption of OnePlan's AI-enabled solutions, ensuring they receive maximum value from the platform while leveraging Microsoft tools.

In Short

  • Act as a technical partner for customers in post-sales support.
  • Design and implement solutions using OnePlan and Microsoft tools.
  • Provide hands-on engagement and configuration support.
  • Identify and remove technical barriers for customers.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts simply for non-technical users.
  • Manage multiple customer engagements and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform is essential.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
  • Build relationships and support customers throughout their journey.
  • Bonus points for knowledge of Agile practices and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Experience with Project Portfolio Management.
  • Strong understanding of business and technical needs.
  • Ability to juggle multiple engagements effectively.
  • Clear communication skills for technical explanations.
  • Experience with enterprise-level environments is a plus.
