Overview

This position is for a Technical Account Manager who will support impactful projects that facilitate customer success through managed services, providing essential support, guidance, and resources for clients.

In Short

  • Manage, support and service assigned accounts focusing on customer retention.
  • Oversee delivery of IT services to clients, ensuring service levels are met.
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Direct customer technical resources and manage service delivery.
  • Serve as the escalation point for support requests.
  • Coordinate with technical resources for escalations.
  • Work with Account Executives on client issues and opportunities.
  • Respond to technical issues from customers.
  • Manage annual renewals and customer communication.
  • Produce internal and customer reports for invoicing.

Requirements

  • Five years of experience in IT customer account management.
  • Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective priority management.
  • Exceptional customer management and service skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and helpdesk systems; Microsoft tools knowledge is advantageous.
  • Adept at identifying escalation points and managing issues.
  • Technical skills to understand complex business requirements.
  • Continuous learner with awareness of development trends.
  • Bachelor's degree and PMP certification preferred.
