In Short

  • Partner with Enterprise customers to maximize business value of Miro.
  • Act as a fractional strategic advisor for customers.
  • Guide workflow optimization and drive AI-powered adoption.
  • Monitor platform health and deliver insights for improvement.
  • Equip internal champions with strategies for scaling adoption.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers for impactful reviews.
  • Provide robust adoption reporting and analytics.
  • Navigate organizational change for strategic alignment.
  • Support customer Centers of Excellence with best practices.
  • Willing to travel to customer sites up to 25%.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in consulting, technical account management, or customer success.
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs and enterprise IT ecosystems.
  • Proven ability in workflow optimization and change management.
  • Expertise in platform analytics for data-informed decisions.
  • Skilled at facilitating executive-level discussions.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tooling is a plus.
  • Highly proactive and strategic thinker.
