Overview

The Technical Account Manager at Flock Safety serves as the go-to technical resource for agency admins and analysts, focusing on accelerating time-to-value and strengthening long-term adoption of Flock Safety products.

In Short

  • Serve as the technical point of contact for frontline users.
  • Triage inbound questions and resolve or escalate issues.
  • Deliver onboarding and refresher trainings tailored to users.
  • Act as the first point of contact for Customer Success Managers.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to document customer pain points.
  • Support testing and rollout of new features.
  • Own and execute “Train the Trainer” programs.
  • Analyze training metrics and ticket trends.
  • Drive process improvements for Safe City accounts.
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration to enhance user experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Support & Troubleshooting.
  • Strong training and enablement skills.
  • Ability to act as an internal product expert.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70-80% of the time.
  • Experience in technical account management preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of safety technology platforms is a plus.
