• Own Sprinto’s Mid-Market partner motion across the EU & UK.
• Build a scalable network of consulting and channel partners.
• Craft and execute GTM plays.
• Equip partners with knowledge and tools.
• Ensure partner ecosystem exceeds targets.
• Identify and recruit new partners quarterly.
• Drive seamless onboarding for partners.
• Develop enablement content and co-sell strategies.
• Monitor partner health and execute quarterly reviews.
• Refine partner segmentation and tiering.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of overall experience with 5 years in SaaS alliance or channel roles.
• Proven ability to recruit and scale partner programs.
• Strong sales acumen with partner-led selling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Self-starter with strong project management skills.
