Senior Solutions Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Senior Solutions Consultant will provide high-quality demonstrations of the product to prospective customers by working with sales staff and clients to understand the customer’s business and workflows.

• Present MaintainX to prospective clients using tailored examples.
• Import real customer data into trial accounts for engagement.
• Respond to technical product questions from sales teams.
• Stay informed on product updates and incorporate them into demos.
• Build trust with customer stakeholders through expertise.
• Utilize consulting skills to engage with customer pain points.
• Collaborate with a Sales Architect for customer-specific integrations.
• Mentor sales staff on product knowledge and messaging.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in sales or consulting.
• Prior consulting and sales experience is a plus.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to adjust communication style based on customers’ needs.
• Ability to present effectively to various stakeholders.
• BA degree or higher.
