Overview

As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Experian, you will work closely with Product Management and Sales to facilitate the acquisition of new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.

In Short

  • Become a technical expert in Experian Partner Solutions platform capabilities.
  • Participate in sales calls and client visits to provide platform demos.
  • Design platform solutions for prospective clients.
  • Set expectations of clients regarding platform functionality.
  • Lead integration discussions with prospective clients.
  • Maintain and distribute weekly snapshots of sales pipeline prospects.
  • Update corporate knowledge base with new client information.
  • Identify new use cases and collaborate cross-departmentally.
  • Report to the Senior Director of Client Solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise software pre-sales experience.
  • 7+ years total experience in a client-facing technical role.
  • 5+ years in the sales cycle as a technical resource.
  • Bachelor's degree or technical certification.
  • Expertise in SaaS platform technologies.
  • Experience with business process and system integration design.
  • Successful large technical project implementation background.
  • Experience with API and Rest web services integrations.
  • Knowledge of database structure and queries.
