• We are looking for an experienced Growth Hacker with specialization in B2B demand generation, marketing automation, and AI workflows.
• You will own the performance marketing engine, launching lead magnets and nurturing MQLs.
• Build complex automation in HubSpot and n8n, optimizing paid campaigns across channels like LinkedIn.
• Passionate about automation, knowledgeable in content distribution, and focused on performance metrics.
• Plan, launch, and optimize high-converting LinkedIn Ads and other paid campaigns.
• Build AI-enhanced workflows to streamline lead capture and content distribution.
• Own both organic and paid LinkedIn strategy, driving MQLs through smart content distribution.
• Monitor and report performance across key KPIs and use data to continuously improve.
• Collaborate with sales, content, and design teams to ensure campaigns are performance-focused.
• 4+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech startups.

Requirements

• Proven automation expert with deep knowledge of HubSpot and confident using n8n.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads targeting, copy, visuals, and optimization.
• Clear understanding of funnel management and MQL nurturing.
• Skilled in WordPress; basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Data-native, fluent in performance metrics and campaign analysis.
• Excellent English writing skills for ads, landing pages, and email nurture flows.
