Website Optimization Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Web Optimization & Content Manager to join our Brand and Content team. In this role, you will own the day-to-day management of our WordPress website, ensuring the website serves as a high-performing marketing asset by managing content, enhancing user experience, and improving conversion rates.

In Short

• Manage and optimize the WordPress website for better performance.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on A/B testing and CRO strategies.
• Support SEO best practices to drive organic traffic growth.
• Manage incoming web requests from internal teams.
• Act as the liaison with the external web agency.
• Track usage of service hours with the web agency.
• Develop and deploy content strategies with Brand and Content teams.
• Ensure web content is on-brand and SEO-optimized.
• 3+ years of experience in web content management.
• Strong proficiency with WordPress and project management skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in web content management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong proficiency with WordPress, including page building and content management.
• Experience with CRO, user journey mapping, and A/B testing tools.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Understanding of on-page and technical SEO best practices.
